I needed space to slow down, listen to my body, and re-evaluate how I wanted to live — with more care and honesty.
That process led me to train as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, where I deepened my understanding of how stress, nourishment, habits, and daily rhythms shape our well-being over time.
Now, I share that journey as I walk alongside other women navigating their own.

I do this work because so many women in midlife are quietly tired of carrying everything on their own. They’ve spent years being reliable, responsible, and available — often at the expense of themselves. I support women who are ready to take responsibility for their health and happiness with grace and patience — without pressure, shame, or extremes.
