What I needed wasn’t more discipline or motivation.

I needed space to slow down, listen to my body, and re-evaluate how I wanted to live — with more care and honesty.

That process led me to train as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, where I deepened my understanding of how stress, nourishment, habits, and daily rhythms shape our well-being over time.

Now, I share that journey as I walk alongside other women navigating their own.

The last few years have been full of transition: homeschooling during the pandemic, leaving an 18-year corporate career, trying new paths, grieving the loss of my mother, gaining “life weight,” and stepping into small business ownership. Each change stretched me, shaped me, and revealed how deeply our well-being is affected by stress, pace, and the stories we carry.

My Story

I do this work because so many women in midlife are quietly tired of carrying everything on their own.   They’ve spent years being reliable, responsible, and available — often at the expense of themselves.   I support women who are ready to take responsibility for their health and happiness with grace and patience — without pressure, shame, or extremes.

This work is about creating lives that feel steadier, more supported, and more aligned from the inside out.
