My work helps women recognize the patterns shaping their relationships, choices, health, and sense of self—especially those rooted in people-pleasing, over-responsibility, and the pressure to hold everything together.

I believe we can care deeply, stay connected, and honor our responsibilities without losing ourselves in the process.

Mama, wife, introvert, writer, educator, and woman in her forties who has learned that living well often begins with noticing what we have been carrying, adapting to, and accepting without question.

Fun facts!

What I needed was not more discipline or motivation.

I needed space to recognize the patterns beneath my choices, listen more honestly to myself, and decide what I wanted to carry forward.

That process led me to train as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and deepened my understanding of how our health, relationships, habits, and sense of self are shaped by the pressures and patterns of everyday life.

Now, through writing, teaching, and coaching, I help other women make sense of what they are noticing so they can move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.

The last few years brought major transitions: homeschooling during the pandemic, leaving an 18-year corporate career, grieving the loss of my mother, navigating changes in my body, and becoming a small business owner.

Each season asked me to reconsider who I was, what I was carrying, and whether the way I was living still supported me.

why i am here

My Story

I do this work because so many women have spent years being reliable, responsible, and available—often while losing sight of their own needs.

I support women who are ready to understand the patterns beneath that way of living, create clearer boundaries, and make choices that do not require them to abandon themselves.

This work is about building lives and relationships that feel more honest, reciprocal, and supportive.

Why I Do This

  • Patterns make more sense when we understand what shaped them
  • Awareness is the beginning of change, not the end
  • Compassion does not require self-abandonment
  • Boundaries can protect connection rather than threaten it
  • Healthy relationships make room for reciprocity
  • Lasting change grows through clarity, support, and self-trust

I do not promise cures, prescribe treatment, or offer quick fixes.

I offer thoughtful education, practical guidance, and grounded coaching to help women understand themselves more clearly and make informed choices about their health, relationships, work, and everyday lives.

For deeper support, we work together over time to understand recurring patterns, strengthen boundaries and self-trust, and create more sustainable ways of relating to yourself and others.

A Connection Call or Rooted & Grounded Clarity Session offers space to talk through what you have been noticing and identify the kind of support that may be most helpful.  There is no pressure to commit before you feel clear.

02

Begin with essays and practical teachings that help you recognize the patterns shaping your relationships, choices, and well-being.  This is a place to slow down, see yourself more clearly, and consider what may be asking for your attention.
